St Patricks Day Ball 2019

Dear Members,

Once again, it is that time of year and our Committee is working very hard preparing for the St. Patrick’s Day Ball. This year the ball will be held on Thursday, 14 March 2019 at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa.

Tickets are priced at BD50 for members and BD55 for Guests. We are delighted to confirm that we have been able to maintain our ticket prices despite the VAT introduction.

Included in the price of the ticket is a drinks reception followed by a sumptuous meal, with the starter served to the table and an extensive buffet for the main course and dessert. A selection of beverages will also be provided on each table.

This year we have once again arranged a comprehensive line-up of top quality entertainment, both locally based and flown in from Ireland, to keep you dancing into the wee small hours.

In an effort to ensure that members and guests enjoy the evening in as much comfort as possible, we have had to set a maximum number of people that can be accommodated and tickets will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

If you have problems downloading the link please let us know. Please ensure that you fill out the form correctly to avoid disappointment. Each Member is entitled to invite one guest to the Ball.

You will be advised after this date whether you have tickets and where they can be collected and paid for.

Due to the significant demand on tickets for the ball it is important to note that any tickets not collected on the specified dates will be made re available to other members and people on the waiting list. To avoid disappointment therefore, if you cannot make it along to the collection dates please make alternative arrangements for collecting and paying for your ticket(s) (Ask a friend to pick them up on your behalf or by emailing to the above address or contacting one of the Committee members).

Tickets must be presented at the door on arrival.
